The Bernstein ESD side cutters Blackline dissipative, 115 mm, feature a semi-flush cutting edge with a pyramid-shaped cut on the side face. They offer a cutting capacity of 1.5 mm for soft materials, 1.0 mm for medium materials, 0.4 mm for hard materials, and are not suitable for piano wire. The cutters have a head width of 12 mm and a blade length of 10 mm. They are equipped with a dipped insulation ESD non-slip handle, dissipative at 3x10^7 Ohm.
