When will my order be delivered?

Business customers receive special pricing with Business account customers are defined by having a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) registration number or an RS credit account. If you are not an approved RS Business Account holder, you can apply below.

Online Orders

• For approved business account customers*:
  • Delivery is free on all orders over $40 (excluding GST).
  • For all orders under $40 (excluding GST), a $10 delivery charge will be applied.
• For private accounts and guest customers
  • Delivery is free for all orders over $60 (excluding GST).
  • For orders under $60 (excluding GST), a charge of $12.95 will be applied.

Offline orders (telephone, email or fax)

• For approved RS business account customers with a valid ABN:
  • Delivery is free on all orders over $80 (excluding GST)
  • For all orders under $80 (excluding GST), a $12.95 delivery charge will be applied.
• For private accounts and guest customers
  • Delivery is free for all orders over $80 (excluding GST)
  • For orders under $80 (excluding GST), a charge of $19.95 will be applied.

Business account customers are defined by having a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) registration number or an RS credit account. If you are not an approved RS Business Account holder, you can apply here:

• Please place your order before 5 pm AEST Monday - Friday for next working day delivery of items stocked locally in Australia.
• We aim to deliver your order the next working day between 8am and 5pm local time. Some regional areas may experience an extended lead time, contact Customer Service for more information.
• Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Exclusions:

• Global Stock & Extended Range Products are excluded from the Next Working Day Delivery service, normal delivery times are 5 - 10 working days.
• Orders containing Hazardous products and/or products weighing or having a cubic weight over 20kgs and/or a length over 1.5 metres have the below extended delivery times:
  • 5-10 business working days for Australian Stock
  • Up to 30 business working days for large, heavy or hazardous Global Stock products
  • Up to 77 days for Global Stock Lithium Batteries (excluding products with Lithium Batteries included within the product)
• Further lead time restrictions may apply in some regional areas for Global products, contact Customer Service for more information.
• Non-core products may have longer lead times. Contact us for details.

• Same working day delivery for orders placed Monday - Friday before 11:45 am AEST for Australia stock and you are located within the Sydney Metropolitan area.
• We will aim to deliver your order on the same working day by 5 pm local time.
• Available to all RS Business Account holders excludes Extended Range and Calibrated Products.

• We bring together multiple orders into a single delivery. Cuts handling so is ideal for businesses with a central goods-in process.

• Our Sydney Click & Collect Counter is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 2.00pm. We have thousands of products in stock.
• Call or order online and request to pick up your parcel from our Sydney branch.
