ROHM's 500mA variable secondary LDO regulators for local power supplies allow arbitrary setting of the output voltage(1.0V-4V variable) via external resistance and feature low saturation along with ±1% voltage accuracy. Optimized for TVs, HDDs, PCs, DVD players, and the like. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
