The Lapp Fieldbus Cable is designed for the Siemens field network SIMATIC NET (according to DIN 19245 part 3 and EN 50170) and the fieldbus system FIP (Factory Instrumentation Protocol). It supports high performance data networks with a nominal impedance of 150 Ohms. The cable is suitable for system-defined transmission rates of 1.5 Mbit/s, 2.5 Mbit/s, and 12 Mbit/s, with transmission characteristics that ensure high operating security during data transmission.
