The DiodesZetex makes a new generation ultra low capacitance, bi-directional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in portable applications such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players. The device has X3-DFN0603-2 package, which completely Lead, halogen, and Antimony free. The operating temperature of this device is -65°C to 150°C.
