This serial cable from Phoenix Contact has a male DB25 connector on one end and a female DB25 connector on the other, meaning it can be used as an extension cable as well as to connect devices directly. The DB25 connector is known as the printer port, and is also a standard connector for audio interfaces and digital mixers.

Thumbscrews help you lock the connectors securely in place without the need for tools, and the rugged design of the connector heads helps them stand up to impacts and vibration. An operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C means this cable is suitable for use in hot industrial environments, while the flame-retardant PVC sheath helps stop the spread of fire.
