This family of MiniFlood IR LED arrays, from Intelligent LED Solutions (ILS), feature 12 IR OSLON Black LEDs from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. These compact LEDs offer over 1 W of optical power with an integrated lens for high power density. MiniFlood arrays offer a compact and powerful IR light source designed for surveillance systems, machine vision, IR camera illumination, night vision and driver assistance systems.

12 x OSLON Black IR LEDs
150° or 90° integral lens
Up to 100,000 hours lifetime (to 70% original brightness)
