It also has an active burst mode that offers low standby power as well as auto restart mode features to protect from VCC over-voltage/under-voltage, output open loop and over-temperature The ICE3B1565J has a fixed frequency current mode flyback PWM controller and can be used in a variety of applications from Smart meters, DVD players, set top boxes, game consoles along with LED TV’s.
