This ESD protection diode provides transient suppression for sensitive circuitry in surface-mount assemblies. It operates over a wide temperature range suitable for demanding environments and offers bi-directional protection against electrostatic and surge events. The device is designed for PCB mounting in a Compact SMT package and supports Pulse handling appropriate for short-duration transients.
