This thermal gap pad provides a compliant thermal Interface for heat transfer between uneven surfaces. It is formulated from silicone infused with ceramic particles to enhance heat movement while remaining mechanically soft. The material operates across a wide temperature span and is supplied as a flat sheet intended for use where electrical isolation and thermal bridging are required.
