The thermocouple sensor probe is made from rigid corrosion-resistant stainless steel for protection of the sensing element, while the perforations in the probe tip allows a faster response time and protect the exposed thermocouple junction

Designed to be water-resistant, the probe can withstand some liquid ingress should it happen while measuring
