Product Details
Discover STs new RQ series of 600V ultrafast diodes tailored to boost conversion efficiency in high-power SMPS and snubber circuits, or as free-wheeling diodes. The new STTH15RQ06 and STTH30RQ06 – 15A and 30A forward current rated – feature a unique trade-off between a soft reverse recovery – to reduce EMI – and a low V F, to improve the efficiency in DC/DC converters. Samples are available in the D²PAK surface-mount and TO-220AC and DO-247 through-hole offered package versions
The STTH30RQ06 has been developed to be used in application requiring a high-voltage secondary rectification for LLC Full Bridge topology. It is also suited for use in switching power supplies, industrial applications, as rectification, freewheeling and clamping diode.
