The Vishay Semiconductor's 4.0 mm x 2.36 mm x 0.75 mm proximity sensor with infrared emitter, I²C Interface, and interrupt function. Its salve address is 0x41. It is high power IRED pulse 200mA . It has 16-bit high resolution ALS for excellent sensing capability. Its light resolution is 0.004.
