Druck Unik 5000 Series Pressure Sensor, 0.25 bar Maximum Pressure, Stainless Steel Housing - A5074-TB-A1-CA-H1-PA 250 mbar G

This pressure sensor measures low fluid pressures and converts them to an analogue voltage signal for industrial monitoring. Housed in stainless steel, it is designed for installation via a female thread and delivers a 0 to 5 V output compatible with common control systems. The unit is suited to applications that require Compact measurement of pressures from low millibar ranges up to a quarter bar while operating in elevated temperature environments.

Features and Benefits:

• ±0.2% accuracy for precise measurements and reduced calibration frequency
• 0 to 5 V analogue output for direct interfacing with controllers
• 16 V maximum supply for low-voltage system compatibility
• IP65 ingress protection enabling use in dusty or splash-prone locations
• Operates to 125 °C allowing use in high-temperature process lines

Applications

• Suitable for low-pressure hydraulic system monitoring
• Ideal for fluid-level differential sensing in tanks
• Used with control panels needing analogue pressure feedback
• Can be used for process monitoring in heated fluid circuits
• Employed in hazardous-area measurement where approvals are required

What media can it measure?

It is configured to measure fluid media.

What approvals and standards does it meet?

It complies with ATEX and multiple BS EN EMC and immunity standards Plus RoHS.

How low can the sensor detect pressure?

The device measures down to 70 mbar minimum pressure.

What material is the sensor housing MADE from?

The enclosure is manufactured from stainless steel.
