The SMC AR-D series of modular pressure regulators are designed for use with AC40-D series of FRLs. This regulator comes with a backflow function, and it has G type pipe threads. The port size of this regulator is 3/8 in and it has a square embedded type pressure gauge (with limit indicator).

Set pressure for this regulator is 0.05 to 0.85 MPa

Models with the backflow function include a mechanism which allows for the air pressure in the outlet side to be released to the inlet side
