The 3021 family, from Kingbright, are single-colour surface mount (SMT) LEDs. They come in the standard PLCC-2 package with the 3021 footprint. They have a flat top, water clear lens. The 3021 series are Ideal for general purpose optoelectronic applications, where space is limited.
