ROHM LED Driver


The ROHM BD9486F series is a high-efficiency LED driver for white LEDs and designed for a large LCD panel. It has a boost DC-DC converter that employs an array of LEDs as the light source. This driver has some protective function against fault conditions, such as the over-voltage protection (OVP), the overcurrent limit protection of DCDC (OCP), LED OCP protection and over boost protection (FBMAX). Therefore, it is available for a fail-safe design over a wide range output voltage.
