OSA Opto UV LED

The OSA Opto OCU-440 series 395Nm is a 2 pin, surface mount UV LED with a length of 3.8mm, a width of 3.8mm and height of 1.0mm. It is developed for high power applications in the range of up to 1.5W electrical power dissipation.

• Cathode to transporting perforation marking at anode
• Circuit substrate is AIO2O3 ceramic
• Encapsulation is silicone
• High radiation intensity types
• Lead free solderable
• Soldering pads are gold plated
• Taped in 12mm blister tape
• Taping is face up (T)
