DS1631/1731 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat


The DS1631/1731 are temperature-to-digital converters with over/under-temperature detection. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.

Measurement temperature range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±0.5°C from 0 to +70°C (DS1631), ±1°C from -10 to +85°C (DS1731)
Programmable resolution from 9 to 12 bits
Conversion Time (Max): 93.75ms (9-bit), 750ms (12-bit)
DS1631A will function as a stand-alone thermostat
Configuration settings saved in EEPROM prior to installation
Communication: Serial I²C bus for up to 8 devices
Power supply: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc
