The ISSI Low power CMOS static RAM is organized as 32768 words by 8 bits and is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance low power CMOS technology. When the chip enable CE is HIGH, the device enters standby mode, reducing power dissipation to as low as 150 μW typically with CMOS input levels. Easy memory expansion is supported through an Active LOW chip select CE and an Active LOW output enable OE. The Active LOW write enable WE controls both read and write operations.
