The Infineon out of shaft adapter can be mounted on all 3D magnetic sensor 2GO kits and 3D magnetic sensor Shield2Go. The out of shaft adapter itself comes with a pre-mounted ring magnet and can be easily combined with the 2GO kits and Shield2Go mentioned above in order to simulate and evaluate rotational movements in out of shaft configurations. In combination with Infineon XENSIVTM 3D magnetic sensors customers have now the flexibility to test three different out of shaft configurations allowing x-z, y-z and x-y axis measurements. This feature set offers customers the opportunity to perform angle measurements in out of shaft configuration, especially for applications where a typical end of shaft configuration is not feasible due to limitations in space and size.
