Festo Replacement Filter Element, Cartridge Design Style, Mini Size - MS4/D-MINI-LFX
Choose this replacement filter element from Festo to keep your pneumatic system flowing effectively. It's compatible with filters and filter regulators from Festo's MS or D series. The activated charcoal construction catches industrial contaminants such as oils and chemicals to keep your supply free from particles that could cause corrosion damage. Once fitted, this component ensures your application benefits from virtually oil-free compressed air, so your equipment won't get clogged up.
Features & Benefits
• Compact unit is accurately sized for Festo's mini filter regulators
• Features a threaded end for easy installation
• Perforated metal tube and black plastic hubs resist impacts, corrosion and mechanical stress for a long service life
Applications
• Medical equipment
• Industrial manufacturing
• Pneumatic tools
• Food and beverage production
How often should I replace my filter element?
It's good practice to do this at least annually, but it depends on how much contamination is in your system. You should carry out regular checks for odour or visible discolouration and if there's a drop in pressure, it's time to change the filter element.
