The Schneider Electric Safety controller combined with a backplane expansion connector, features a spring mechanism for secure connection. It boasts a rapid synchronization time between inputs of less than 0.5 ms, ensuring swift and accurate response to safety signals. The power dissipation is rated at 3 W. This safety controller supports a maximum of 14 IO expansion modules. For input, it accommodates up to 128 discrete outputs and for output, it supports up to 14 modules with 16 discrete outputs each. The integrated connection types include a Backplane expansion bus and a USB 2.0 port.
