V-Guide Track
Cold formed from medium carbon steel with a hardened and polished contact surface. The lower portion of the track is left soft to permit drilling for mounting.
Top contact surface hardness Rockwell 53C
Available in 0.5, 1 and 2m lengths, ±1.5mm
Track System - Hepco
An economical method of obtaining precision linear motion for all types of mechanical applications. A low friction accurate slide can be assembled quickly and inexpensively without the aid of costly machine tools. Guide wheels and track have an operating temperature range of -20 to +120°C.
