The HLMx-Qxxx series, from Avago Technologies, are subminiature high performance AllnGaP LED lamps. They HLMx-Qxxx packages are dome lamps which use an untinted, non-diffused lens. This provides a high luminous intensity within a narrow radiation pattern. The HLMx-Qxxx family are suitable for applications where space is limited.
