Avago HLMP-S100/S20x/S30x/S40x/S50x/S600 Series LEDs


The HLMP-S100, HLMP-S201, HLMP-S301, HLMP-S400, HLMP-S401, HLMP-S501 and HLMP-S600 families, from Avago Technologies, are rectangular LED lamps. They measure 2mm x 5mm in dimension. Encapsulated in an epoxy, their rectangular packages can be stack easily in arrays or for us in discrete front panel indicators. Their contrast and uniform light is helped by a specific epoxy diffusion and tinting process.

The HLMP-S100 uses double heterojunction (DH) absorbing substrate (AS) aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) LEDs to produce outstanding light output over a wide range of drive currents.
