Sensata Cynergy3 Float Switch, Horizontal Internal Mounting Type, 240V AC Maximum Switching Voltage - LLF40 Series - LLF48Y100RF

ThisSensataCynergy3 horizontal internal float switch is ideal for managing fluid levels in small tanks. It has a threaded design that fits into a 16.5mm hole in the tank for ease of installation. Thanks to its polypropylene body, it's resistant to chemicals and wear for long-lasting performance in harsh environments. To reverse the switch action, simply rotate the switch by 180° for versatile operation. You can use this float switch in applications such as commercial washing machines or evaporator units.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range between -20°C and +100°C for use in demanding environments

• Nitrile gasket is resistant to oils, water and some hydraulic fluids for a leakproof seal in heavy-duty applications

• Cable length of 1m for a flexible connection

How do internal float switches work?

Internal float switches are installed on the inside of the tank. When fluid levels drop below a preset value, the switch turns on the pump to replenish the tank. It turns the pump off once liquid reaches a maximum volume to prevent overflowing.
