When inserted in your cabinet's key socket, it will open or close the locking mechanism if you turn it in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction. For versatility, the product is compatible with all Rittal boxes and enclosures that use a 455 lock. These keys come in pairs, so you'll have a spare handy for another keyholder or in the event of key loss.
