RS PRO Brass Single Non-Return Valve, 1/2 Inch BSPP

Use this RS PRO non-return valve to prevent gases or fluids in a pipeline from flowing in the opposite direction. It's used in most plumbing and pipeline systems for protection against water contamination and equipment damage.

Thanks to the valve's brass material, it's long-lasting and corrosion-resistant, even in harsh environments. It's also designed to handle stress and vibration, so it can withstand common problems in plumbing systems. As it requires no human intervention to operate, it's extremely easy to use.

The valve is suitable for high-pressure applications of up to 16 bar. It has an inspection cap that makes it easy to check whether the valve is functioning properly. You'll commonly find this type of reverse flow valve used in gas lifts to allow for the circulation of pressure and prevent fluid from mixing.
