RS PRO Plain Steel Hex Socket Button Screw, ISO 7380, M8mm x 20mm

The RS Pro Socket button flange head screws, as the name implies, have a flange directly underneath the button shaped head, which effectively acts as a built in washer. This avoids having to add a washer onto the screw during application, enabling a faster installation such as ideal for environments such as a production line. As the socket button flange screw is tightened, the flange helps spread the tightening load over a greater surface area. Example applications include automotive, machinery, engines, manufacturing, industrial equipment, and white goods. The head includes a hexagon recess, enabling the screw to be tightened and loosened with a hexagon wrench or Allen key, or insert bit. The plain finish is intended for internal use, only. These socket button flange head screws conform to ISO 7380-2 specifications.
