Si8239x Digitally Isolated Driver Evaluation Kit, Silicon Labs


Evaluate the Si8239x family of digitally isolated drivers with the Silicon Labs Si8239xISO-KIT. On board, screw terminals enable quick evaluation of the key parameters and test points on each pin provide a method to connect it directly to your design. Jumpers are also available to manually set the Si8294 and even replace the it with a dual input version.

The Silicon Labs Si8239x family of isolated gate drivers are ideal for driving power switches used in a wide variety of power supply, inverter, and motor control applications. They offer longer service life and higher reliability when compared to opto-coupled gate drivers. The Si8239x isolated gate drivers support up to 5 kVRMS withstand voltage in compliance with the UL1577 and VDE0884 standards.
