RS PRO Through Beam (Fork) Photoelectric Sensor with Fork Sensor, 30 mm Detection Range
This RS PRO through-beam photoelectric fork style sensor is a type of thru-beam sensor where the transmitter and receiver are in a separate housing, facing each other. Through-beam sensors are a reliable way of detecting almost any object, irrespective of its colour or angular motion.
This device features U-shaped photoelectric sensors with light-emitting diode (LED) indicators to make it easy to use. It has aluminium alloy housing for strength and resistance to corrosion and an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP65, which means it's dust-tight and is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. It has protection against reverse polarity, meaning that power to the sensitive electronic circuits in the transmitter will be cut in case of incorrect wiring.
