This light curtain safety sensor is designed to detect intrusions into hazardous areas of machinery and provide an immediate safety output for industrial safeguarding. Intended for use as a receiver in miniTwin cascaded systems, it operates across short to medium ranges and is suitable for integration into machine safety circuits where optical synchronisation without separate wiring is required.
