OSRAM Multi TOPLED Series LEDs
The Multi TOPLED series of LEDs, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, consists of multi chip LEDs in an SMT package. The Multi TOPLED LEDs are suitable for optical indicators, backlighting (LCD, switches, keys, displays), illuminated advertising, general lighting.
Bi-colour and tri-colour types available
3.4 x 3.0 x 2.1 mm PLCC-4 package size
Viewing angle 120°
LEDs on chip are controlled independently

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant wavelength value. Refer to a dominant wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
