RS PRO Grey PET Enclosure, IP66, Black Lid, 160 x 160 x 90mm

You can use this general-purpose RS PRO enclosure to house your equipment safely and reliably. It's fitted with a silicone seal, to provide a firm closure for better security and protection.
The product has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP66, indicating it will protect its contents from dust, small particles and water spray. This means you can use it safely outdoors. It's made of grey PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material, with a UL 94-V0 flammability rating, so it will burn for no more than 30 seconds after exposure to a naked flame before extinguishing itself.
A broad operating temperature range of -50°C to +135°C makes this enclosure safe to use in demanding environments, such as hot factories and cold storage units. It's commonly found in electronics equipment, as well as industrial machinery.
