This emergency stop push button is a panel-mounted safety switch designed to interrupt machinery circuits in industrial control panels. It features a red plastic round mushroom head and a turn-reset actuation for manual re-engagement. The unit is intended for indoor use where an IP65 front protection is required and accepts installation in 22mm panel cut-outs (25mm with an optional ring). It connects via screw terminals and provides two normally closed contacts to stop equipment under fault or emergency conditions.

What Terminal type is provided for field wiring?

Screw terminals are supplied for round or fork crimp connections and require M3.5 screws with the specified tightening torque.

How is the device reset after actuation?

The actuating head uses a turn-reset mechanism so the operator must rotate the mushroom cap to restore the control circuit.

Can it be mounted in larger panel holes?

A 25mm panel cut-out can be used when installing the separate 25‑dia. ring, IP69K models do not support the larger ring.

What environmental limits apply to operation?

The switch is for indoor use with an ambient operating range down to −20°C and up to +70°C depending on model and protection rating.

What contact performance and endurance can be expected?

The switch meets direct-opening standards with specified mechanical and electrical durability and minimum direct-opening stroke and force for safety operation.
