The InvenSense ICS series is an ultra‐low noise, differential analog output, bottom‐ported MEMS microphone.. It includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, a differential output amplifier and an enhanced RF package. It is used in smartphones, security and surveillance, voice control and activation, microphone arrays and etc.
