Need to step voltages up or down between 230 V AC and 15 V AC? This chassis-mounting transformer from RS PRO gives you a wide range of options when it comes to output voltage and current.

This double-section bobbin transformer has two independent secondary windings that you can connect in series or in parallel, so you have numerous ways to configure your circuits. The two-hole fixing means you can easily install the transformer with wrap-over clamps. Fully shrouded bobbins provide protection from electrical interference and the coils are fully varnish impregnated for improved dielectric strength.

A permanent label features a detailed product specification to make installation easier and safer. The transformer is 100% electrical and flash tested in accordance with BS3535 and EN 60742, so it's protected from high voltages. Isolating transformers of this kind are commonly used with test equipment and medical devices.
