Molex 2.0mm DuraClik ISL Wire to Board Receptacle Housings - 560123 Series


2.0mm pitch DuraClik™ ISL (Independent Secondary Lock) receptacle housings with a low profile, space saving design ideal for use in high vibration and high temperature wire to board applications. These 2.0mm ISL receptacle style crimp housings have polarization and keying for accurate mating and an inner positive locking system that provides secure mating retention which is confirmed by an audible 'click'. In addition to these features the DuraClik™ ISL receptacle housings are designed to be fitted with an Independent Secondary Lock (ISL) terminal retainer that provides up to 50N terminal retention force per circuit for ISL terminals (see Molex 5060124 Series) in order to meet automotive requirements including ES91500-03 high-retention specification. The housings of these DuraClik connectors have an operating temperature range of up to 125°C in order to meet high level automotive passenger compartment requirements.

These DuraClik™ ISL receptacle housings are ideal for use in automotive LED lighting where the Independent Secondary Locking system provides both stability and retention for LED automotive lighting module applications situated in high vibration environments. Other applications include steering wheels, air conditioning and shift levers.
