CAT4238AEVB - LED Driver Evaluation Board, ON Semiconductor
The CAT4238AEVB evaluation board provides a simple method to test the functionality of the CAT4238 DC-DC Boost Controller (RS 789-3859). This board includes 10 white LEDs in series (soldering required) but you can also connect it to other sets of external LEDs from your application.
A single external resistor is used to set the current to between 5 mA and 40 mA. LED current can then be adjusted using either a pulse width modulated signal (PWM) or DC voltage.
