Honeywell, SD 5620-001 IR Photodetector Amplifier Unit, Through Hole TO-46

The SD5620 and SD5630 series, from Honeywell, are a range of single chip optoschmitt IC detectors. They come in a TO-46 metal can package which consists of a photodiode, amplifier, voltage regulator, schmitt trigger and NPN transistor. Their package makes them ideal for applications in harsh environments.
