Vishay VSMF4720 Series IR Emitting Diodes
Vishay Semiconductors' VSMF4720 series are high speed Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in PLCC-2 packages which are surface mounted (SMT). The VSMF4720 use double hetero (DH) technology which enables high radiant power. Their 19 inch chip offers low forward voltage and a high radiant intensity.
