VSMS3700-GS08 Vishay, 950nm IR LED, PLCC 2 SMD package

The VSMS3700 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. These 950nm IR LEDs are in surface mount (SMT) PLCC-2 packages. Ideal applications for the VSML3710 IREDs include; tactile keyboards, PCB mounted IR sensors, miniature photointerrupters and other applications where space is limited.
