1. Register online and link your existing RS offline account
Register to create your online account. When registering, make sure you select 'Yes' when asked Do you have an RS Credit account? and fill in the two following fields:
- Sold to/Ship to or Contact No.
- Company name (Insert only the first 15 characters of your company name)
The above can be found on a previous invoice click here for an example. We will link your new online details to your existing RS account.
Already have an online account? Check it is linked to your RS Account.
Click below when logged in to your online account to check if your offline account is already linked or to fill in the missing information from the two following fields:
- Sold to/Ship to or Contact No.
- Company name (Insert only the first 15 characters of your company name)
The above can be found on a previous invoice. Once the above has been added, we will link your existing online details to your existing RS account.
2. Upgrade to QuotesPlus
<u>Once your account has been created and linked,</u> upgrade to Quotes Plus. This allows you to fix prices on any quote for 30 days, redeem existing online quotes, negotiate a better price for large orders and share a pdf quote via email.
