1. 9. RS may terminate this discount by giving written notice to the customer with one month's written notice. RS may terminate this discount at any time for change in control of the customer, such termination shall be deemed to take effect as at the date of such change. For the avoidance of doubt, following a change of control or merger, any discount or rebate agreed with the customer shall not be applied to any affiliate under the control of the customer.
