In working machinery, proper greasing, oiling and lubricating is essential to maintain smooth operation wherever parts move against one another, such as axles, pistons or cogs.
The RS range of grease dispenser features automatic dispensers which draw from a reservoir and dispense lubrication to multiple points throughout a machine. The lubricant distributes via a pump that can be programmed to dispense at different rates and intervals. The programming ensures that lubrication is provided to exact specifications over a given period.
The benefits of automatic lubrication in maintenance strategies are many. They are often used where reducing waste and labour is desirable, and the risk of bearing failure is a consideration.
The range also includes manual lubrication applicators for when precision and as-and-when lubrication is needed.
