CC430Fx series Sub-1GHz RF System-on-Chip

The CC430Fx series of wireless system-on-chips (SoC) are based on the 16-bit MSP430 microcontroller core and the RF core of the CC1101 transceiver.

CC1101 Sub-1GHz RF transceiver core
RF Frequency Ranges: 300 to 348MHz, 389 to 464MHz and 779 to 928MHz
RF Output Power: up to +12dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -117dBm @ 600bps
Modulation: FSK, GFSK, MSK or OOK
Flexible support for packet-oriented systems
Support for Automatic Clear Channel Assessment (CCA)
