Product Details
Belden 9503NH Computer Cable, 24 AWG, LSZH sheath, 9503NH.00305
Rugged and reliable – the Belden 9503NH cable is the perfect solution for your computer or instrumentation application.
This 9503NH computer cable has PE (Polyethylene) insulation and comes with Beldens innovative Beldfoil® shielding. Beldfoil® is a unique aluminium/foil construction which provides extra insulation and high coverage, ensuring excellent protection against interference and signal loss. It is designed to be thin, lightweight, flexible and strong.
This cable can be used in temperatures of up to +80°C, making an ideal choice for demanding industrial environments. It has a voltage rating of 300V and 75 Ohm nominal characteristic impedance. 24 AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire is included. It has 3 pairs of 24 AWG tinned copper conductors, ensuring high conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Features and Benefits:
• Flame retardant LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer jacket
• Twisted pair design reduces crosstalk for better signal integrity
• 150N max. pull tension
• Flexible and easy to install due to stranded conductors

What is LSZH jacketing and why is it used?
Low Smoke Zero Halogen cable sheaths are made of a material which is designed to emit limited smoke and no halogen when exposed to high heat, for example in the event of a fire. They are often used in public areas such as offices, airports, or hospitals, and poorly ventilated areas. Unlike PVC cables which may give off thick, toxic black smoke when subjected to fire, cables with LSZH jacketing are a safer option as they are more fire retardant and produce very little smoke and no acid gases.
