The CDDFN2 series is a range of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes produced by Bourns® that provide ESD, EFT and surge protection for external ports on electronic devices. Suitable applications include handheld portable devices, computers and peripherals, communication systems and audio visual equipment.
Produced in a DFN-2 package measuring 1.0mm x 0.6mm x 0.55mm these devices can be mounted directly onto a FR4 PCB, fitting into a 0402 footprint.
The design of this series meets the requirements for IEC 6000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) protection.
