DS1620/1621 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat

The DS1620/1621 is a temperature-to-digital converter with over/under-temperature alarm outputs. Temperature is supplied as a 9-bit value. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.

Measurement temperature range: -55 to +125°C
Data output: 3-wire serial (DS1620), 2-wire serial I²C bus (DS1621)
Conversion Time (Max): 750ms
Power supply: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc
